To cancel your registration, please ensure you contact us no later than 30 days before the Forum start date. Cancellations made by email and acknowledged by TIF one month before the Summit start date will receive a refund, but a charge of € 150 will be made for administrative costs. It is regretted that no refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the event start date. Please be sure to cancel any existing hotel reservation directly with the hotel to avoid or minimize any cancellation fee.

A replacement of a delegate is always possible. This should be confirmed before the start of the forum.

Due Date for Payment

After you have registered as a delegate you will receive a confirmation by e-mail and an invoice. The total price including all charges is due immediately upon conclusion of booking. All delegate fees and/or charges must be paid before the conference starting date.
